“As an advisor, I have been helping my clients with their needs in the areas of Medicare planning, asset protection, and growth of income/legacy since 2002.

I am dedicated to meeting my client’s needs and growing our insurance and financial planning business by servicing others.  In addition to helping grow the office, I have been a part of training new advisors and performing at a top-level by working with my existing clients and acquiring new ones.

While helping Seniors with Medicare benefits and dealing with my own family struggles, I have a passion to meet the needs of my clients in the areas of extended care and fulfilling legacy wishes.

I am actively involved in my community and welcome opportunities to speak for educational purposes.

I am devoted to my family and my clients.  I enjoy working with the senior population and truly believe they give me satisfaction in my life.  The way I have conducted my life and my business is by doing what is right for others. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Dale, and our four boys who are grown now as well as collecting antiques, gardening, and decorating.”

Dale’s career in the insurance industry began in 1982 and as Managing Director he recruits new Advisors.  He is married to Melissa and has four sons, Skyler, Drew, Everett and Parker.

He enjoys family activities, traveling, and in his spare time, he loves to collect antique bottles that have been featured in national publications — The Travel Channel also produced a half-hour show featuring his involvement in the hobby.  He loves the outdoors, hunting and fishing.

He has many links in the community including: National Assoc. of Insurance & Financial Advisors; Rogue Valley Assoc. of Insurance & Financial Advisors; Siskiyou Antique Bottle Collectors Assoc.; National Federation of Historic Bottle Collectors; Bethel Assembly of God Church.

Kelly is a licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent and Medicare Specialist with Futurity First, proudly serving seniors as they navigate one of the most important decisions in retirement—choosing the right Medicare coverage.

Since joining Futurity First in 2024, she has dedicated her career to helping clients make informed choices with clarity and confidence. Her professional background began in healthcare, where she gained firsthand insight into the challenges individuals face in accessing the right care and coverage. That experience led her to pursue a career in insurance and financial services, where she could focus on guiding seniors through the often-confusing Medicare process.

With training and licensure in both health and life insurance, she is equipped to provide comprehensive strategies tailored to each client’s individual needs. In addition, she serves as the lead assistant to Melissa Mlasko, supporting the opening and management of financial accounts, further expanding her ability to assist clients with their broader financial needs. She believes that no two clients are alike. Her approach begins with truly listening—taking the time to understand each client’s unique health, financial, and personal circumstances.

From there, she provides straightforward education on Medicare, empowering her clients with knowledge before working together to find the best plan. Her goal is not only to find the right coverage but also to give clients peace of mind knowing they are supported every step of the way. Beyond her work as an advisor, she values community and family.

She enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her daughter, family, and friends. She is also honored to serve on the leadership committee at her church, where she continues her commitment to service.

Misty brings over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, having held a wide range of roles—from administrative assistant to insurance advisor to marketing director.

Over the years, she has developed a passion for helping clients feel confident in their decisions while also supporting team operations and contributing to creative marketing initiatives. She is known for her strong organizational skills, strategic mindset, and ability to add a personal touch to everything she does.

Tandy is a licensed insurance agent with Futurity First. She helps people make smart, confident decisions about their insurance. As an Insurance Advisor, she takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation and guides them toward coverage that truly fits their life and budget.

Her goal is simple: to make insurance clear, stress-free, and genuinely useful for each client and their family. She is passionate about what she does and committed to delivering meaningful results. With a strong focus on quality, consistency, and a thoughtful approach, she brings both skill and intention to every client interaction.
