Melissa Mlasko, Financial Advisor
Melissa is a financial advisor in Medford, Oregon. As an advisor, she have been helping her clients with their needs in the areas of Medicare planning, asset protection and growth of income/legacy since 2002. I am actively involved in my community and welcome opportunities to speak for educational purposes.

Dale Mlasko, Managing Director
Dale’s career in the insurance industry began in 1982. He is married to Melissa and has four sons, Skyler, Drew, Everett and Parker. He enjoys family activities, traveling, and in his spare time, he loves to collect antique bottles that have been featured in national publications — The Travel Channel also produced a half-hour show featuring his involvement in the hobby. He loves the outdoors, hunting and fishing.

Linda Clarkson, Financial Advisor
Linda is Melissa's partner assisting seniors with Navigating Medicare. She moved to the Rogue Valley with her family in 2010. Linda is an outdoor enthusiast. She loves to spend her time with her Fiancé Marcus cycling, rafting and hiking. Linda splits her time between Oregon and Idaho where her new granddaughter resides.

Kelly Bales, Insurance Advisor and Administrative Assistant
Kelly joined Futurity First in 2024. Kelly is a licensed insurance agent and our Medicare Specialist, along with being an administrative assistant to Melissa. After completing her education and working in the healthcare industry, Kelly made the decision to make a career change and join the insurance and financial services industry. She enjoys working with the public and serving the senior population. She cares deeply about ensuring that the needs of her clients are met. She has a 6 year old daughter and serves on the leadership committee at her church.
Misty DeVos, Marketing Director and Administrative assistant
Misty has been working as an administrator for over 11 years. She joined Futurity First in 2020, when she moved to the Rogue Valley with her husband and daughter to be closer to family. Misty specializes in customer service and building relationships with clients. She enjoys traveling with her family, the outdoors and hiking with her dog.
Tandy Dawson, Insurance Advisor and Administrative Assistant
Tandy is an insurance advisor and joined Futurity First in 2025. She has a proven track record of providing excellent customer service with an attention to detail. Tandy enjoys camping, reading and researching/learning new subjects.
Lance Westfall, Insurance Advisor
Lance's career in the insurance industry began in 2025, where he has built upon a wide landscape of previous career experiences in financial services, real estate, earning his MBA, teaching online college courses, and working in the fin-tech sector at Intuit (TurboTax) as a Staff Business Analyst. Lance works to give his clients peace of mind and a clear plan for the future, which includes helping with health and life insurance, clarifying Medicare options and navigating retirement planning. He helps individuals, families and businesses with a wide range of goals and budgets because everyone deserves to feel financially secure. Lance enjoys spending quality time with his family and engaging in hobbies such as collecting antique bottles and vinyl records, hiking, fishing, and treasure hunting.
